Membertou Completes Acquisition of A.W. Leil Cranes & Equipment

On 31 October 2026, Membertou's acquisition of Nova Scotia-based A.W. Leil Cranes & Equipment reached its targeted closing date following the agreement announced on 27 October. The transaction expands Membertou's industrial equipment portfolio, although the purchase price was not disclosed. The acquisition creates opportunities for industrial services and business integration providers.
