Philippines Approves US$1 Million for LRT-1 Concession Advisory

On 2 November, the government confirmed US$1 million in advisory support to restructure the Light Rail Transit Line 1 extension operations and maintenance concession. The funding will support contract review and negotiations with the private operator, with costs to be shared equally between the operator and government agencies. HPC can support infrastructure feasibility studies, PPP advisory, financial modelling and project evaluation.
